At The Belfry Centre, we offer an integrated class for children ages 3.5 to 5.5, designed to nurture their artistic, emotional, and motor development.
Each session invites little ones to explore art, dance, and music in a fun, safe, and professionally guided environment.

Through an integrated approach, children experience different art forms:

  • Painting, as a way to express themselves and develop sensory awareness.
  • Dance, to build rhythm, coordination, and motor skills.
  • Music & Piano, to nurture focus, creativity, and a love for sound.

Method

Each month follows a three-week cycle —

  • First Saturday: Art

  • Second Saturday: Dance

  • Third Saturday: Piano

 

The cycle repeats throughout the semester, allowing children to build confidence and deepen their skills in each area while having fun.

Schedule

  • The annual TBC program for children, teens, and adults is offered in person.

  • The program runs in two semesters:
    – Spring Semester, 15 classes: from February 7, 2026, to June 20, 2026.
    – Fall Semester, 15 classes: from October 4, 2025, to January 31, 2026.

  • Final Show: June 13 & 20, 2026.

The average class size has 15 students. We must have a minimum of 10 registered students in order to hold a class.

Payment and Withdrawal Policy

All students, both new and returning, must pay a non-refundable registration fee.

New students:

  • First student: $50

  • Second student: $40

  • Third student: $30

Returning students:

  • First student: $30

  • Second student: $20

  • Third student: $10

– Save up to 7% by paying the semester fee in full at the time of registration.
– Save up to 5% on the second class.
– Save up to 7% on the third and fourth classes.

All payments will be automatically billed on the 25th of the month prior to each scheduled academic month.

 

Fall semester billing cycle: October, November, December 2025, and January 2026.
Spring semester billing cycle: February, March, April, and May 2026.

If a student wishes to withdraw, written notice must be sent at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle. The notice must be sent via email to: thebelfrycentre.nyc@gmail.com
If written notice is not received on time, the full amount for the next billing cycle will be charged.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
All withdrawals must be submitted in writing. If no written notice is provided, you will be responsible for the full tuition payment of the upcoming cycle.

Attendance Policies

  • Students are allowed a total of 2 absences per semester.
  • If more than 2 absences occur during the semester, the student may be asked to withdraw from the program.
  • Your child will not be allowed to participate in class if they arrive more than 10 minutes late to the class. They will be required to observe the class and take notes.

We understand that school exams, religious commitments, family events, or health issues may arise. If your child will miss a class, please email thebelfrycentre.nyc@gmail.com in advance with the reason for the absence.

To schedule it, parents or guardians must request it by email at: thebelfrycentre.nyc@gmail.com. The makeup class will take place within two weeks of the absence and will be of the same type and level as the original class.

Having a piano or keyboard at home is not required but would be ideal for students to track their progress and practice between classes.

Currently, we do not offer discounts for multiple siblings, but we do have discounts for enrolling in multiple classes.

No, our classes are designed for both beginners and advanced students. Everyone is welcome.

They will learn music theory, finger techniques, sheet music reading, and progressive song performance.

Yes, students may participate in recitals.

Yes, we offer scholarships based on specific needs. To apply for scholarships, please send your application to the email thebelfry@thebelfrycentre.com. You will be asked to provide the necessary documentation to qualify for this.
