CURRICULUM
TBC Children, Teens and Adults Semester Program are offered in-person only.

The Semester Program runs in a cycle of 15 classes per semester.

Save up to 5% if your child takes two programs.

Save up to 7% if your child takes more than two programs.

Save up to 7% if you pay the semester rate upfront registration.

The registration fee: $20 for the first student, $15 for the second student, and $10 for the third student.

Each child has to pay a fee of $50 in order to be part of the final Showcase (Costumes and Rehearsals are included). This payment is due before January 20, 2024.

All payments will be set to Autobill on the first of each month. If you are paying via installments, your first payment will be Due upon registration.

REFUND POLICY
Your child can drop a class or make changes in their classes’ schedule before the drop deadlines you see below. Parents must notify the TBC staff via email at thebelfry@thebelfrycentre.com. If no written notification is given when dropping or changing classes you will be charged for the following month's tuition.

SEMESTER PROGRAM DROP DEADLINES

Fall Semester: November 3, 2023. No refunds, for any reason, will be given after this date.

Spring Semester: March 5, 2024. No refunds, for any reason, will be given after this date.

ATTENDANCE POLICY

Students are allowed a total of 4 absences for the semester.

If the student incurs in more than 4 absences during the semester, they may be asked to withdraw from the program.

If your child has a planned absence, you must send written documentation via email to thebelfry@thebelfrycentre.com, prior to the event.

Your child will not be able to participate in class if they arrive more than 10 minutes late for an hour class. They must observe the class and take notes.

DRESS CODE
We have a mandatory dress code that will promote discipline and proper classroom etiquette.

All hair must be pulled back away from the face.

Students need to wear sneakers and clothing that allows their bodies to move with ease such as black leggings black, fleece leggings or black athleisure Joggers and fitted shirt.

Shirts, shorts, jeans, formal pants and shoes other than sneakers are NOT allowed.

No jewelry is permitted.
