Spiritual Retreat with M. María

The spirituality program at The Belfry School of Arts and Spirituality focuses on three fundamental pillars:

  1. Community Collaboration: We partner closely with the local church, various communities, and the Sisters of Christ and Mary to offer modern and empathetic spiritual practices and themes. Through these efforts, we aim to address contemporary challenges affecting our communities, fostering mutual support and constructive dialogue.
  2. Emotional and Mental Well-being: Our programs are designed to help people of all ages improve their mental and emotional health. We provide tools and resources to encourage self-reflection, resilience, and self-care, thereby promoting greater personal and community well-being.
  3. Inner Peace and Motivation: In an increasingly hectic and chaotic world, we seek to cultivate inner peace and motivation through our spiritual practices. Our programs offer spaces for reflection, meditation, and spiritual connection, providing participants with the opportunity to find calm, inspiration, and purpose in their lives.

Speakers

M. Maria Amador, PCM

The Sisters, Preachers of Christ and Mary, spread the Gospel through itinerant preaching, media, arts, large scale faith events, and social development. Their evangelistic passion is rooted in faith and in the Church’s Magisterium, loving and serving Him faithfully, and aligning everything they do with His Word. Mother María has dedicated much of her life to spreading the gospel to all. Her experience in accompanying different groups makes her a reference in human and spiritual promotion. Her evangelizing work has led her to share her experience as a special guest in many places. Aware that the arts are a fundamental part of the human encounter with the Creator, she has been committed to produce for many years the International Catholic Festival “Emmanuel”, The Ecumenical Music Festival and different Musical Theater Productions. Now, she is committed to establish The Belfry Centre for Spirituality and Arts to make the richness of the Arts accessible to all, without any distinction.
