  2. Remaining Balance Payment:
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 20 days before the start of camp. If the participant is attending only one week, no remaining balance will apply, as full payment was made during registration. It is important to respect this deadline to avoid any issues or the possible loss of your reservation.
  3. Payment Methods:
Payments are accepted exclusively through our platform.
  4. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Early Cancellations: If cancellation is requested 30 or more days before the start of camp, 80% of the amount paid will be refunded, minus a 20% administrative fee.
Last-Minute Cancellations: For cancellations made less than 30 days before the start of camp, no refunds will be issued, as the spot and resources have already been committed.
In exceptional cases, such as verified medical situations or major unforeseen events, each case may be reviewed individually. A credit may be offered for use in future camp sessions.
  5. Flexibility and Custom Agreements:
We are always open to evaluating special situations. Ifa family requires a custom payment plan or needs to discuss alternative timelines, we will assess the request personally to find a suitable solution that does not impact the overall operation of the camp.
