Electronic Payment Policies
1. Tuition & Payment Structure
The Belfry Centre program consists of 30 classes per year, with a tuition fee of $90 per month (structured as 8 installments per year, divided across the Fall and Spring semesters, automatically charged to your credit card).
Registration Fee:
New Students: $50 for the 1st student / $40 for the 2nd / $30 for the 3rd.
Returning Students: $40 for the 1st student / $30 for the 2nd / $20 for the 3rd.
Initial Payment (due upon registration):
Includes the registration fee, the first monthly installment ($90), and the applicable materials/starter kit fee based on the selected subjects:
Art: $35 per semester.
Piano: $70 (Annual Starter Kit, if not previously purchased).
Dance: $50 (Annual Kit, if not previously purchased).
Showcase Fee:
A one-time $50 Showcase Fee applies to cover production and performance costs, which will be billed prior to the end-of-year recital.
Monthly Billing Schedule:
Remaining installments (3 per semester) will be automatically charged on the 25th of the preceding month.
Billing Statement ID:
Charges on your credit card statement will appear under Preachers of Christ and Mary or The Belfry Center for Spirituality and Arts.
2. Cancellation & Change Policy
To cancel enrollment or request a schedule change, please submit a written notification to thebelfry@thebelfrycentre.com by the following deadlines:
Monthly Cancellations: Notify us before the 15th of the preceding month to pause future charges. Requests submitted after the 15th are non-refundable and ineligible for prorated credits. Cash refunds are not provided; approved balances will remain as credit for future classes.
Fall Semester Deadline: Cancellation deadline is October 15.
Spring Semester Deadline: Cancellation deadline is February 18.
Note: Tuition applies to all classes taught (or scheduled) up to the date written notification is received.
